Kindle for Christmas: Price and Feature Updates

In summary, I am an avid, ceremonial reader. It took me awhile to get used to reading on the Kindle. However, it is much better than reading on a computer and I now using it exclusively for all new books.
There are two new Amazon Kindle updates about which you may be interested.
First, Kindle has just reduced their price. You can now buy the Kindle for $259, a vast reduction from its initial price.
Second, the Kindle is now international. This means that you can download books from anywhere in the world in less than 60 seconds.
Though I am more a fan of the 9 inch Kindle (I like the big screen), I carry the 6 inch Kindle with me when I travel international.
The Kindle makes an amazing gift for anybody that likes to read. And, over time, the Kindle pays for itself because books are much cheaper on the Kindle than if you buy them at the store. The same holds true with magazines and newspapers as well.
Get the Kindle for Christmas this year. You will be glad you did.
